James is our in-house specialist boxing coach and heads up our Boxing studio here at The HIIT House. He has an ABAE/British boxing level 1 coaching and a Hatton academy pads coach qualification, and built up his expertise coaching within leading gyms and academies. Jame’s passion for boxing is translated in his innovative class programming where he applies a variety of different methods to keep you on your toes. Content is fresh, fun and educational. His belief is that boxing is not just fighting!! It’s fitness / endurance / mobility / awareness / tactics / timing / strength / skill and the list goes on. It is therefore open and appropriate to everyone from first timers to competitive athletes.
Mike has a decade of experience working within the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer. With his specialism in strength, conditioning and sports-specific performance coaching, Mike has worked with premier league footballers and aspiring golfers.
