James heads up our boxing studio and is one of our in-house specialist coaches. He is ABAE qualified, as well as a Hatton Academy Pads Coach. James has years of experience within leading gyms and academies, which has helped him develop his innovative programming style and expertise in the industry, as well as an impressive portfolio of clients. Training with James is educational, high energy and fun, powered by his application of a variety of methods to keep you on your toes and consistent with your training. James is available for 1:1 boxing coaching and also offers personal training services, incorporating both strength & conditioning to align with your fitness goals.
Mike has over a decade of experience working within the fitness industry as a strength coach. He has a wealth of knowledge, specialising in sports-specific performance coaching and has worked with a range of professional athletes and golfers. He applies an athletic approach to training, with an emphasis on mobility. Mike is approachable and has a strong attention to detail, which has been proven to help his clients develop a deeper understanding of how the performance of core exercises can maximise results. Mike is available for both in person and online coaching.
