After falling in love with Pilates, Lauren decided to leave her corporate job and pursue a career as a Pilates instructor. Qualified in both Mat and Reformer, Lauren teaches at studios in Surrey, South London and also online. She is also currently working towards her pre and postnatal qualifications. Her energetic teaching style focuses on improving full body strength and mobility, whilst improving technique and staying true to the original Pilates principles.

Elspeth adopts a holistic approach to traditional methods of boxing and strength and conditioning. Certified in HIIT and functional training, Elspeth’s coaching style promotes a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore new ways of moving!

As an advanced Hatton Academy coach, she has worked in a number of boutique, Central London-based studios and pro-boxing gyms. Elspeth’s aim is “to enable others to unpick outdated approaches to WHY we exercise, and to rediscover a joy of movement, celebrating what our bodies can DO as opposed to just what they look like” .
