TRX Strength

TRX Strength is a combined, resistance-based class, which utilises the TRX suspension trainer to help build strength and muscular endurance.

The series of movements you’ll perform using the TRX will emphasise the effectiveness of incorporating bodyweight exercises into your training programme and how these shouldn’t be underestimated! Just one simple adjustment to the way in which you perform a particular movement is enough to determine how challenging your entire workout will be, and will test your body’s position, posture and control to either increase or decrease the level of resistance.
