I’m new to The HIIT House, can I come and look around before booking a class?
Feel free to drop into the studio and team can show you around.
How far in advance can I book a class?
All classes can be booked via the app, website or through our Front of House team up to 14 days in advance.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes!
How fit do I need to be?
We offer a range of classes that aim to suit the needs on all our members but please call our front of house if you have any specific questions. We want all members to feel welcome and comfortable to achieve their goals.
For boxing classes, do I need to bring my own gloves and wraps?
Gloves and wraps will be available free of charge to borrow for your first visit in the studio, however we encourage you to bring your own. They can both be purchased from the front desk. A free pair of inners are included with our memberships and you will also receive 50% off gloves.
Do you sell water on site?
We do not sell water but have drinking water taps on site, we encourage you to bring your The HIIT House water bottles with you to fill up. We ask you not to bring glass bottles to the studio for safety reasons.
Do you have lockers?
We don’t have lockers so please bring minimal belongings with you to class
What is your cancellation policy?
You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within 12 hours you will forfeit your class credit and Unlimited / Founder members will be charged a late cancellation fee of £5. We appreciate circumstances arise meaning you can’t make a class but we have the policy to ensure all members can maximize their experience of the studio.
I’m running late, will I still be allowed in the class?
At the request of our trainers once the class has started you will not be able to enter the class. This is to avoid disrupting the class and to ensure you don’t miss the warm up and put yourself at risk. Please respect our Front of House staff, they will do their best to put you into a later class.
Is there a minimum age required to attend a class?
Our classes are available to over 16s only.
Is there a minimum age required to join as an Open Gym member?
Please call our Front of House team to discuss our under 18s policy
Can I share my credits with my spouse or friend?
Unfortunately our health & safety policy requires each customer to be booked into classes under their own name, on their own account. If your friend is new to The HIIT House please ask them to create an account.
General Points for the Studio
Mobiles phones are not permitted in the studio. Please ensure phones are switched to silent.
We ask you to wear clean and appropriate work-out wear to aid us in keeping the studio clean for best experience of our members.
Please respect your studio and put away all equipment at the end of a class.
When using Open Gym, please use the antibacterial wipes provided to wipe down your own mat and equipment.
You may require a towel during the class, biodegradable disposable sweat towels are available in Reception.
Be mindful of others exercising around you and storing any equipment safely.
From time to time the floor may become a little slippery from your sweat, during the class it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of this and take full responsibility for your actions, taking all liability away from The HIIT House.
All injuries must be reported before each class.
If you are pregnant, congratulations! We do recommend sticking to low impact classes however every pregnancy journey is different. All we ask if that you consult your doctor before exercising and let our trainer know before the class begins.
